Our salmon comes fresh straight from the docks to our smokery in Wasilla, Alaska.
Wild-caught salmon has significantly lower mercury levels and higher omega 3:6 ratios than farmed salmon, and it is free from the man-made additives in farm feed: dioxins, PCBs, fire retardants, pesticides, antibiotics, copper sulfate, and canthaxanthin.
