Indian Bone Both Curry
Bone broth and Curry, what do they have in common you might think!, well together they can make a delicious curry which is rather an inventive way of getting healthy bone marrow protein into your family’s diet.
The deliciou curry flavor shines through to make a tasty alternative to the traditional bone broth recipes. You can make it as hot as you wish and a terrific way to get that added health kick into your weekly diet.
- 6 cups chicken bone broth OR 3 scoops of pure bone broth protein mixed in 36 ounces water
- 1 tablespoon each: grated
- fresh turmeric and ginger
- 2–3 tablespoons Indian curry powder
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cups small cauliflower florets
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- 1 can coconut milk
In a large pot over medium heat, bring bone broth, turmeric and ginger to a simmer. Add curry, onions, cauliflower, peppers and cayenne. Bring to a simmer, decrease heat to medium low and simmer for around 15 minutes. Add coconut milk, stir to combine and cook 5–10 more minutes.
