The Paleo diet or paleo lifestyle as I prefer works on the principle that the human body could function on the same diet as our hunter gatherer ancestors. I know to some people that sounds complicated but truly, it’s not.
Folks here that living the paleo way is complicated, difficult and expensive, but that could not be further from the truth.
I sincerely believe that as human beings we have been conditioned with every day TV to think that the quickest and simplest way to live is buy buying big companies processed food.
We are fed day and night by commercials, radio advertising showing us how cheap fast food is and how it can save you a lot of time by calling into a fast food store or buying processed food.
Honestly, it’s a whole load of baloney, living the paleo way is easy, it really is. You simply eat fresh wholesome food that has not been played around with or injected with chemicals or preservatives. You actually eat real tasty food! – Sorry, I get all frustrated as I know how simple and tasty paleo actually is.

#1. Chia Pudding.
First on the list is this tasty chia seed coconut milk mango amalgamation, this is an easy recipe to make as you can prep it any time as a make-ahead recipe that’s high in fiber and a great way to start your day.

Before you think I have lost it talking about rice, the cauliflower is your rice and when you blend it all up it tastes delicious and creamy.

Chicken burgers? This sounds right out of one of those fast food chain commercials which I loath. Nope this is by far the most tastiest version of the chicken burger you will ever taste.
Basically, it’s a chicken burger with a caesar salad, you exchange the fatty bun with thin crunchy lettuce, and believe me, when you do that you can really taste the burger better.
